Summary of My Background and Experience

With a background of over 25 years working in the housing association and residential development sector, I've gained wide-ranging insights into business, public and private sector, policy, customer satisfaction, and the corporate environment. I've worked at senior management, strategic and board level, and have been involved in major business development and culture change programmes. Also, I've been involved in several major business merger exercises. I have been working as an independent development consultant since 2015. A lot of my clients are local authorities at various stages of delivering housing development programmes. I also work with housing associations, developers, land owners, planning consultants and community led housing groups.

I am currently appointed by the Design Council as a Built Environment Expert, and am on the Board of Tonic Housing Association (an organisation which exists to promote and provide integrated housing and community provision for older LGBT+ people).
